| Standard, Straight, or Square edge is the simplest and most economic form. Eased or pencil edge is more resistant to chipping and softer on the touch. Bevel and double bevel granite marble or quartz edges are for designs with 45 degree angels in them. Full Bull-nose or full round, half moon, or half bull-nose, ogee, triple pencil or waterfall, as well as dupont edge are among the more elegant and more expensive edges since they have to be made with the diamond router with hydroplane technique. Doubled up edges are double the price. |
